Well my girl finally decided to arrive. First I want to thank you all for your support. Now I'll tell you my birth story.As most of you know for a week I was having irregular contractions,well when I went to bed sunday night around 11 pm. I just felt different like it was going to happen soon even though I wasn't having contrax.Well around 12:30 am the contrax started about every 20 min. apart and by 2:30 they were every 4 min. exactly. So now it's time to wake dh.Well we load our son in the van and off we go.At the hospital they hook me to the monitor and about 15min. later my water broke and now we know it's time for my son to go and wake up our neighbor(we didn't want to wake anyone until necessary) I was admitted at 3:31 am and I was at 5cm and 80% effaced and in alot of pain so I opted for the epidural.Which ended up slowing my contrax. so I was given pitocin. In no time at all it was time to push.I pushed for exactly 31 min. Out came my girl. I did tear 2nd degree.Kirra was born at 9:31 am exactly 6hrs.She is doing fine she has dark hair and big blue eyes.I'm doing fine a little sore but it was worth because she is precious and her big brother just adores her and dh has been wonderful waiting on hi.
